error when trying to program flash in dos shell

I am tying to program flash M5272C3 from dos shell and is giving this error.

Can some one help me out to sort this issue??

Sorry for the late reply, How is the status of your issue?

Are you able to program flash your device without the shell? with the IDE interface (debug configuration)?, I want to discard that this is a problem with CodeWarrior installation.
