does the perpetual CW5.1 license also work with CW5.2

I cannot find explanation how to migrate from CW5.1 IDE HCS12X to CW5.2. 

1. is there a dedicated procedure to follow?   I do not want any data to be overwritten.

2. does my perpetual license also work with this version? I guess I have to save and restore the current lincence.dat file

CW 5.1 license can also work for CW5.2.

you needn't do any other special settings.
