I am using the demos12pfame board from Freescale. Just for demonstrations purposes, I generate a new codwwarrior project, use device initialization, don't modify anything, then compile and launch the debugger. If I change the debug config load to "verify memory image after loading code" I get error "loading verify failed at address 0x0008800." Looking at the .prm file, the DEFAULT_ROM is placed into page 8.
But if I place the DEFAULT_ROM into ROM_C000 I don't get this error. In my actual application, I need to have DEFAULT_ROM located in page 8 because my copy down is very large.
Why would this happen?
