If the already did this , they must have an entitlement which they can check and ask to be extended thru a case to NXP license support:
How to submit a new question for NXP Support
How to get the entitlement ID ? please check your Order History within the Software Licensing portal , and look for the EVALUATION Catalog they need to extend.
