codewarrior v8.7 for MPC8323E platform

Hi,

          I want to install Freescale Code warrior for Power Architecture (TM) V8.7 to 8323-based platforms. But it is available for MPC5xx platform only. How can i get that 8.7version for MPC8323 platform?.

Please download and install CodeWarrior 8.8 from CodeWarrior Development Tools for PowerQUICC|NXP  .

Thanks for your information. I want to install code warrior v8.6 for MPC885

linux development. When i started installing on my windows 7 PC it is

asking directory for updates. I am giving path but it is not accepting. I

am not able to find solution . Can you tell me about how to give directory

for updates?

Hello vadrevu jyothi,

For MPC885, please also install CodeWarrior 8.8, so far we don't have other version CodeWarrior for MPC8 processors.

No problem to use CodeWarrior 8.8 on Windows 7 OS, when install CodeWarrior please don't plugin CodeWarrior TAP.

Would you please capture a screenshot to me to show your problem?

Please don't install CodeWarrior 8.6, please install CodeWarrior 8.8 instead.
