can not extend license to my codeWarrior

Hy!
I can not extend license to my codeWarrior! I have 5 keys. Two - work, three - no.

These are the keys that stopped working:

CWA-ACADEMIC-NL_1-1018363237

CWA-ACADEMIC-NL_1-1017986681

If necessary, I can send confirmation of ownership of these keys. Help me please. We use this product for educational purposes at our university.

This is related with your personal CW assets, I suggest you submit a private case to license support team. we have license support for it
