When CDROM is not present, How Can I install code warrior?

- Insert the CDROM into your drive, and make sure it is mounted.

- Navigate to the drive's mount location via a terminal window, or via a File Viewer window.

Please someone explain how I should proceed if I dont have a CDROM with my laptop.

You can simple download the installer , and install it , the download site is :

CodeWarrior Embedded Software Development Tools|NXP 

Please choose the CW version you want to use .
