Problem:
My computer I have running CodeWarrior 10.3 does not show the "Hardware Interface Power Control" options when I plug in the USB Multilink Universal Fx. the port shows up as USB1 : Multilink Universal FX Rev A (PE5750211)
What update, plugin, or fix is required to make the option available???

This feature is added from CW10.3, please see the release note of this update.
To make this option available, please install the update 1.0.0 on your CW10.3. Or upgrade to CW10.6.4:
I tested on CW10.6.4, and it also includes this feature, please see the screenshot in below:
