The reccomended Codewarrior version for the T2080 processor is the following:
CodeWarrior Dev Tools for Power Architecture|Freescale
At the bottom of the page you will find a table that shows which capabilities are provided for various boards and processors. The version of CodeWarrior and required service packs are also indicated for each entry. For each board listed, CodeWarrior provides initialization files.
