Steps to flash image for fresh board using freescale codewarrior tap in cli prompt

We are flashing the image using code warrior GUI application.It was working fine.

BOARD NAME - LA1224_RDB

Now we are trying to flash the image using freescale code warrior tap using cli prompt.Can you suggest any steps to flash the image using commands without using the GUI?
