Service Pack for mc9s12xd64 ?

Hello, I am currently working on a legacy project based on an MC9S12XD64 microcontroller. When I try to compile the project in CodeWarrior 5.9, I get an error indicating I need the following files:

mc9s12xd64.h

mc9s12xd64.c

Where could I find this files? Is there a Service Pack I can download to work with this microcontroller?

CodeWarrior v5.1 can support mc9s12xd64 directly. Could you please refer attached video to download CodeWarrior v5.1.

Hello, In the video you downloaded the Codewarrior Development Suite - Profesional. Is necesary to have that version for the mc9s12xd64? Could the Evaluation version be used for the same purpouse?
