PBL/RCW for T1024

Hello All,

I am beginner for freescale processorsand handling first time T1024 processor. Can any body tell me how to open RCW configuration settings on Codewarrior tool?? I'm not able to find how to create QorIQ project in Codewarrior 10.5.1 tool.

Help would be highly appreciated..

I downloaded and installed this tool successfully based on above steps, and my CodeWarrior is as following:

Installed Products:

- CodeWarrior for Power Architecture

  Version: 10.5.1

  Build Id:160128

Hope this will help you, I am also debugging this device, some problems as well.

T1024 in hardcoded mode

You have to install QCVS on top of CW for PA. For this you have to go to Help > Install New Software and select as updatesite: FSL PA QCVS - http://freescale.com/lgfiles/updates/Eclipse/PA10_5_1/com.freescale.pa.qcvs_win.

That link can be use only in Help > Install New Software. So, open CW and go to Help > Install New Software, select the link and the QCVS 4.5 as in below image.

Hi Adrian,

After downloading around 40-50 % (not only QCVS tool even plugin also) im getting below error,

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

session context was:(profile=PlatformProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).

Unable to read repository at http://freescale.com/lgfiles/updates/Eclipse/PA10_5_1/com.freescale.pa.qcvs_win/plugins/org.eclipse.....

Read timed out.

Pls help me out from this problem .

And one more question, cant be use Codewarrior 10.3.3v for T1024 processor??

CodeWarrior for PA 10.3.3 doesn't provide support for T1024. Please use 10.5.1. Also, about the QCVS installation please try again or search on nxp.com/qcvs the offline installation package.
