P1010RDB-PB_init_sram.tcl Init Failed

Dear all！

I tried connect to the p1010NXN5HHB target board in SRAM mode in the CW10.5.1 environment using the p1010RDB_PB DEMO  program. JTAG can initialize successfully. But when initializing the "/CFG/P1010RDB-PB_init_sram.tcl" file, "Error message: ELF not in expected HALT mode" Problem occurred .

I'd welcome any suggestions.
