License problem and no answer from Support from 4 days

Hello

First of all, sorry for my bad english, I'm french ...

 

I just installed Codewarrior 6.3 in a new PC (XP 32 bits) because the old PC was stolen.

The installation went well.

I made a new license file with my new disk ID. OK.

 

But when I want to build my project I get an error message:

'Unable to use the plugin "Embedded Coldfire Linker". It is a licensed and a valid license key was not found."

 

But with my old PC and my old license, I did not have this problem.

My project uses a MCF51AC256 Coldfire.

 

I don't know where is my error when I create the license file.

 

I opened a service request, but but I still have not re response support for more than 4 days

 

Can you help me?

I solved my problem alone, and still no response from support. It is limited as attitude....

Ok.

With the SR# I could check/track in the data base to understand what was the problem.

Hello,

I have a new problem with my license file

I re-open my SR 1-3640782752  :

I can't use Processor expert (it's in Demo mode), but before (with my old PC and my old license file) I could !.

Someone can help me please ?

Hi Armand,

I take the SR on my side.

We've a problem with all Classic version license file generated with the new web license system which has been introduced middle of december.

The Processor Expert bean feature is corrupted.

We need to correct and re-encrypt the license file manualy.
