I am trying to run a code in MPC5604B using CodeWarrior Classic IDE 2.10. But when i run the code using internal_Flash it automatically runs the code using RAM. How can i fix this?

Hi Nikesh,

Could you describe your issue more in the detail?

Do you use a project generated by the CodeWarrior Wizard? Have you customized the project settings?

Can you attach your internal_Flash .map + .mcp files?

Also some debugger screenshots that show the problem (e.g. the debugger after internal_flash elf is loaded, and when you run/stop execution which shows execution from ram) would help us to resolve this issue.
