How to measure cycles in simulator mode?

Hi, NXP experts,

I am trying to measure the cycles for an assembly function in LA1224 simulator mode with some MACRO functions, like CLOCK_START() and CLOCK_END(). However, I got all "0" for the cycle count.

Did I miss anything?

In the simulator, the cycle count should be measured with Registers->Simulator Specific Registers->CycleCount.
