How to make S record file of RAM region?

I have a question.

below is build of my project.

I'd like to make S-record file on RAM region(0x2000~0x206F).

How can I make S record file?

unfortunately If don't make S-record file,

Would you please let me know how to make another file?

Under CW 5.9 , after build , the S-record file is under the bin folder :

I know when I was build a project,It was make S19 file under bin folder.

I'd like to know, how can I make s19 file of RAM region?

Dear Jennie,

I solved this issue.

I added to edit on burner.bbl.

OPENFILE "%ABS_FILE%_RAM.s19"

format = motorola

busWidth = 1

SRECORD=Sx

len = 0x6f

origin = 0x002000

destination = 0x00206f

SENDBYTE 1 "%ABS_FILE%"

 CLOSE
