Hi , I am new to codewarrior tool 

I want to test my GPIO code using Full chip simulation for MC9S12XEP100.

How to do so ?

HI,

to simulate gpio in full chip simulation mode, you need use CW5.x to debug code  and set connection as full chip simulation mode

you can check GPIO register location in debugger memory window.
