Dear Officer,
Due to legacy issue, we need to use CW5.1, and our PC is using Windows 10 Pro 64bit now, Can CW5.1 being still supported fro Win10 Pro 64 bit system? Any patch required?
How about CW5.2?
Thanks and best regards
He Wei
Dear Jun Zhang,
I downloaded CW5.2 specific version CWS12v5.2_Win_b151201_se.exe, it seems working fine on Win10, but it doesn't support:
S12VR serials e.g. it doesn't support MC9S12VR48MLF, - it is used for our project.
Can you advise any way to add in these device support in CW5.2 specific version?
Thanks and best regards
He Wei

Dear Jun Zhang,
It really helps and thanks you very much. Just one question: I can see all S12VR serials are added when try to "Create new project" (including S12VR16, S12VR32, S12VR48 and S12VR64), but when running a project and under " Device and connection", I can only see S12VR64, is this normal? and S12VR64 can be commonly used for S12VR48 and SV12VR32 for debugging connection?
Thanks and best regards
He Wei
You said "when running a project and under " Device and connection", I can only see S12VR64 "
Can you please send me a screenshot of it?
Dear Jun Zhang

I checked my CW5.2, I don't have this problem.
I also checked CW5.2 can support MC9S12VR48 naturally.
This is CW5.2 device support list:

> - MC9S12GN16, MC9S12GN32
> - MC9S12P32, MC9S12P64, MC9S12P96, MC9S12P128
> - MC9S12XEP100, MC9S12XEP768

Hi He Wei
CW5.1 itself doesn't support win10.
If you use P&E debug/programming tool, you can workaround the problem with P&E patch:
