We found that the elf file generating from S32DS can't work downloading by codewarrior using PnE multilink recently.
Is there compatible between elf of S32DS and codewarrior's ?

elf file generated with S32DS (default settings) is dwarf-4 which is not supported by CodeWarrior.
I'd recommend you to switch S32DS to generate dwarf-2: https://community.nxp.com/message/870465?commentID=870465#comment-870465
