CodeWarrior TAP tunnel across network

Does CodeWarrior support tunneling across external networks to reach the TAP ?     What I want to do is setup my HW  with the CodeWarrior TAP connected to my local network and then have it tunnel to the Internet so it can be debugged remotely.    Segger and others provide this with a server application that runs on a local PC.

The part is the LS1046A.   The issue is DDR validation does not work correctly on this board.   However, the DIMM appears to work.    Given that I am not a CodeWarrior GURU,  my hope was to allow someone external, like an FAE, take control system and run DDR validation remotely to verify what I am seeing.
