I have a need to debug a PowerQuicc MPC82xx processor in CodeWarrior for Power Architecture 8.8.x.  In looking around NXP site, the only option seems to be the very expensive CW-DS-NETAPPS license.  Is there anything less expensive that can be used for this?  I really just need to be able to Debug/JTAG via a TAP pod that I already have.
