CW for Coldfire 7.2 license can be used for CW for Coldfire5.7?

Hi,

our old project is compiled with CW for Coldfire5.7. 

I want to buy the license of this 5.7 version.

but i can't find the buyer link of this version.

I just found that the latest version is CW for Coldfire 7.2, and i can find this link.

if I buy the license of CW for Coldfire 7.2, the license file can be used at  CW for Coldfire 5.7?

Normally CW license is downward compatible.

However Coldfire5.7 is very old version I don't have it to test your specific case. 

Please try it on your side. If any problem, I suggest you create a private case to NXP license support team, because this is related with your private license asset.
