The i.MX1 page mentions that this part is "Not recommended for new design". There's a development board page that mentions a stand-alone board and Metrowerk CodeWarrior, but all of this stuff is from the 2004-2005 time frame. A User's Manual has Motorola stamped on it.
Short answer is: if you can find the board, you might find an ancient copy of CodeWarrior that goes with it. The more recent versions of the i.MXxx processors have development boards that provide Linux or Windows CE development tools. But no CodeWarrior.
