PEF to ELF binary format in Mac CW 7.1?

For testing purposes I have to use CodeWarrior 7.1 (IDE 4.2.6) on a Mac OS 10.2 machine (iBook G3 900Mhz).
The compiler outputs executables in the PEF or Mach-O binary formats.
Is there an option or a plugin to create an executable in the ELF binary format instead? (to ensure UNIX compatibility)

Freescale no longer supports the CodeWarrior tools for Mac and Windows app development. You might do a search of the Mac OS X developer community sites to see if such a utility is available.
