On Board Programming for DSP56F82xx

Can I use the DSPCOMMPARALLELE cable for on board programming of these parts?

If not, what hardware do I need?

3 Families exist for the DSPE:

  - 56F83xx

  - 56F81xx

  - 56F80xx

For the DSPE we supports the following interface:

  - a simple parallel cable,

  - a Wiggler cable (Macraigor System - OCDemon), DSPCOMMPARALLELE

  - an USBTap.

Some customers experienced troubles with their parallel host port.

We recommend to use the USBTap interface
