I am assumming that you are targetting S08/RS08 or ColdFire. You can import "old" MCP projects in MCU 10. This feature is documented here (there may be also an application note on this). You should use this tool with caution though. You will most probably need to do some manual work too, but this pretty much depends on the complexity of your project(s).
