Compiler/linker/debugger support for M68HC11 legacy system

I am looking for a supported tool chain to support a legacy M68HC11 system.  

Does the CodeWarrior Classic/Legacy suite support this processor?

CodeWarrior doesn't support HC11 family.

to work with HC11, please use 3rd party tool.
