CodeWarrior V8.7 and P&E Multilink FX

I'm trying to debug an application with a MPC561. If I call the debugger the open port error appears:

  Port type = PortType_USBMultilink

  Ports found = 0

  No port har been found = PortType_USBMultilink

The Multilink FX is connected to the target, the blue and the yellow lamps are on and I can see the debugger in the device manager (Jungo, USB Multilink 2.0).

The old PC is running with Windows XP.

What is missing?

Hello,

unfortunately, PE Multilink FX has never been tested with CodeWarrior 8.7, because PE Multilink FX is much newer technology, so, it is possible it will not work together with CodeWarrior 8.7.

For CodeWarrior 8.7 is suitable another debug probe from PEMicro. Please check the link below:
