Authorization problem

I have been emailed the CodeWarrior License Authorization Code and followed the instructions there. I entered the License Authorization  code and my ethernet adress. but I cant get an authorization. It says

Error: There are no items to fulfill. The LAC you have entered has already been used.

But I did not actually
