Hi Don,
The Community files area dissappeared some time ago.
If you use community files as a search term in the keyword box at the top right of the page, it will return links to the files that where in there. The links still work for the files.
Trying to be clever and shortening up the address to locate the actual repository only seems to lead to errors.
I didn't try to hard, maybe you can fiddle some more to locate them.
