if here has upgrade chip of 908LJ12

I had do some design on 908LJ12, but now I hear those chip might be replaced by 9S08LC serial (LJ/LK serial: long period of order, 16 weeks, and price will raise more the next year). I look at those 9S08LC, the price is so high than LJ12 and beyond our hopes. so how can i do. anyone can help?
