dear friend kindly help me to find the board . i think the board processor mc68hc908 series used for ups control. if anybody know the board availabilty details kindly help me to find out the problem.freescale mc used for control purpose

The 908SR12 may be the one you are looking for.
 
I believe UPS was one of it's original target markets.
