Weird Problem with current consumption with PA4 in STOP3 Mode

Hello, I'm developing a battery powered application using a PA4 device, the STOP3 mode, as it says in the datasheet, consumes about 1.4µA at 3v, And using an HP34401A I get almost exactly that 1.4µA, the problem is that when I put my finger near the PCB tracks the current consumption increases, it varies but it can jump up to 50µA, If I remove my finger it returns to 1.4µA does anybody has a clue about what's happening? How can it be possible that some noise or interference make it consume more current?

Hi Carlos.

I would estimate this is result of floating input(s). Add pullups or configure them to outputs (depending on what is connected to the pins)

That was it, just made all pins 0 before going to stop3 and voila! 1.4µA no matter what. Thank you very much, I've learned something new :smileywink:
