I'm afraid I don't know a test easily available (but it can exist, I'm not omniscient).
The way to ensure it's fully compliant is to test your drivers against the CAN datasheet... Good luck.Or, may be you can see with

C&S Group is doing CAN Certification for Freescale CAN modules (the page
Tested Products will soon be updated to show MCUs), but I don't know if they do CAN driver validation.
Otherwise I know that
Vector Informatik is providing software for many companies.
I and Freescale don't advise any particular company in front of others. I simply give info on the one I know.
