TTL or CMOS?

Now I am using MC9S08AC128 and I get a basic question that is,the pin of this MicroController is TTL or CMOS?

What's the threshold of the voltage respectively for input high,input low and output high, output low?

Hi Bo Kang,

They are CMOS logic. For the threshold, please check the specification of DC Characteristics in the datasheet.
