S908EL/SL availablity in extended temperature range

I am sourcing a new low end micro for possible forthcoming projects.

The EL/SL range are tempting as they include EEPROM and are attractively priced.
We do require extended temperature range however (-40 to 125) which does not seem to be easy to obtain.

Are extended temperature versions of these devices going to be widely available later in the year?
If not, what sort of price premium over commercial parts and MOQ is involved if ordering an automotively qualified device.

I believe this was also submited via a service request. 

The reply is -

Yes, there will be a M temp device (-40 to 125) and  V temp (-40 to 105).  The adders are 10% and 5% above the C temp price (-40 to 85).

The M and the V are in the part numbering scheme, i.e. M and then the package designation, V and then the package designation.
