S08AC32 trim

Hello everyone, i have a question for you:

I'm programming a S08AC32 MCU, is really necessary to trim the device clock, or there is a value already set by NXP before shipping? Thank you

Hi Andrea 

All the S08 family (including the AC) are not TRIMMED.

And depending on your application is if you need a more acurancy frequency then you need to copy the TRIM value from the non volatile memory to the ICG trim register.
