Hi, I am trying to use the CyclonePro programmer over an Ethernet connection. When it is on our local network I can download images into it OK. I am trying to use it over an internet connection. I have an outstanding support request with PEMicro but I have had no response. I have confirgured my firewall and port forwarding settings according to PEMicro UDP ports which are used. But I am not getting any response from the programmer. I have tried monitoring the Ethernet packets and the correct data is coming through the firewall from the internet. Can anyone help me and suggest any changes to my configuration?
