Problem in Power-Up on MC9RS08KA2

Hi at All
I have chk one big problem in the production circuit when I have used the MC9RS08KA2 microprocessor.
In a 20% on  the Board the program not run correctly when the system is power-up. But in the board non function if I switch  more time switch-off switch-on the power the system start well.
The problem is in  the low rise time on power supply? or is the LVD problem?
There is any solution?

I think will will need much more detail of your setup before any meaningful answers can be given.
What does "not run correctly" mean?
You may need to get your code to check the SRS register and output its code somehow if it becomes a unexpected value.
Have you properly bypassed the supply?
What voltage are you running on?
etc?
