Problem in CMSIS DAP debug, LPCXpresso Asks for JTAG ?

Hi,

I am newbie to controllers, My lpc4370 board is getting enumerated as CMSIS DAP linkserver while debugging from LPCXpresso but after that step its again gives error that "0 JTAG device found" Is this one is the problem with my board or launch configuration.Could anyone help out me with this ? Am searching about this foe bit longer (2 days).
