We used the S19 algorithm files originally provided by Motorola to program MC908QY4CDWER, and then, through our own application, we sent serial commands.
Attachment is part of the schematic we use for programming; we connect serially to X3 through PTA0 and PTA5.
However, our application seems to connect, but then it reports a programming error.

To troubleshoot the problem, we used a dedicated programmer and software from SUPERPRO for testing: The steps were: erase, check for blanks, program, verify, erase, check for blanks. However, the test results showed that the program could be erased and rewritten normally.

We don't understand where the problem lies. How can we solve it and successfully program with S19?
