MC3PHAC interfacing to microcontroller

hi,

I m trying to connect MC3PHAC via serial communication but it is not responding. whether it is possible to communicate to IC through Hyperteminal? When I m tring to control via pc master software it is showing error MotorInitParm.cnfg didn't find so plzz help me asap...... and if you can give me complete software of pcmaster software than I would be grateful to you...
