KIER 121 AND MC68HC908GP32

I use codewarrior with the KIER121  and the kit microcontroller  MC68HC908GP32.
I use class 3 and mon 08 interface.
I made a simple programm to light the leds.
Then I have:
Attempting soft reset of HC08 device... Success. ( RSR=$48)
Initializing. Target has been RESET and is active.
CMD>CM C:\Program Files\Freescale\CodeWarrior for HC08 V5.1\prog\P&E\908_GP32.....
Initializing. (Bus Freq = 2466Khz) Initialized.
......
Loading programming algorithm.... Error writing data block to part. Disabling block write. Try again.
Error 14 during script !

If somebody could help me on that error 14, thanks

Perhaps no one has responded because they, like me, don't know what KIER121 is.
Maybe you could elaborate.
