Is it possible to copy the contents of one controller to another

Hi, sorry for the stupid question.
Is it possible to copy the contents of one controller to another.
I have the same two boards. One is working and second broken. I repaired the second board and replace burned HCS08 controler with new one.
The question is, can I somehow copy the content from a working controller to a clean one? 
using USBDM for example?
any help will be appreciated

I solved. If someone has a similar problem, it can be easily done using USBDM Memory dump. Rip flash to a file and upload with FlashProgrammer to a new chip.

If the original firmware is not protected, yes you can perform an "attach" on CodeWarrior using the multilink.

I try program one chip and clone to another. Just for learning.
It's not protected. In codewarrior i choose MAC Tools -> Attach to target. But not have USBD programmer to choose. :(. Whats i do wrong?
Any help will be apreciated.
