How to use printf on 9S08GT60A processor routing it to terminal?

I am using 9S08GT60A contoller. I would like to start using printf routed to the terminal through SCI port. How do I do that?

Are you using CodeWarrior?
If so, try searching in this forum for
printf, termio.c, TERMIO_PutChar with the serach
at the bottom of this forum.
The question came up quite a few times, although not recently.
