Hello

CodeWarrior for MCU V6.2 includes a simulator for HCS08AW60.

You can retrieve that software from Freescale web site:

  - Go to www.freescale.com/CodeWarrior
  - Click on the link "RS08/HC(S)08 & ColdFire V1 Microcontrollers"

  - Then click on the  "Downloads" Tab
  - Then click on the button "Download next to "Special Edition: CodeWarrior for Microcontrollers"
