Has Freescale Considered a 20 pin HCS08QG8 Part

I have used the 9S08QG8 in a few designs now.  I always find the part to be shorty by just a few pins. It woud be great if there was a 20 pin part that just had a few more I/O ports.  The HC08 and 705 lines had such parts.

Count me in. I currently have a lot of QG8 designs and some are already requiring extra pins. I remember legacy HC705J1A part wich was a huge Moto sucess, 20-pin pk. Good old times.

I have not needed it yet, but would agree there does seem to be a big hole in the range around this size.

The SG part looks great. Any idea when it will be available ?  Is a pre-release data sheet available ?

SG, EL, SL are good promises, the only problem is that they are not currently available.

When I say that this search is efficient... It even shows you what is not adverstised !
