I'm looking for a very simple board with HCS08 and I/O ports.
Better if MC9S08Gxxx micro.
Something like dlpdesign boards, but without radio transciever.

Freescale sells very nice EVBs from P&E, Axiom and other mfrs. EVBs for small S08s are around $50 w/ built-in debug interfaces.
It depends on what you're looking for.
Lowest cost ones starts around USD10 and they'll go up depending on features you're looking for.
