For MC9S08AW16 is it possible to extend the flash beyond 16K by changing the settings in linker file?

Hello, and welcome to the forum.

To increase the amount of flash beyond 16K, you would need to alternatively select either the 32K part of the 60K part.  The appropriate PRM file would be used, using the new project wizard to create a project with the larger device as a target.
